1. Purpose and scope
These terms govern the cleaning, maintenance and concierge services offered by Presti'Gexcellence SARL (the "Provider"), registered office: [To be completed], trade register: [To be completed], to private clients ("consumers") and businesses. Placing an order implies acceptance of these terms.
2. Quotes and orders
- The estimate shown on the website is indicative and not contractually binding.
- A detailed written quote is provided free of charge after a call or visit. It is valid for [To be completed] days.
- The order becomes firm upon receipt of the signed quote (or written acceptance, including by email).
- Recurring services are covered by a contract specifying frequency, duration and termination terms.
3. Prices
Prices are those of the accepted quote. They are expressed in euros for services in France and in Swiss francs for services in Switzerland. Applicable VAT regime: [To be completed]. Any travel costs are stated on the quote.
4. Invoicing and payment

5. Right of withdrawal (consumers)
When the contract is concluded at a distance or off-premises, consumers have 14 days from its conclusion to withdraw without giving a reason (Article L. 221-18 of the French Consumer Code), by sending an unambiguous statement to [To be completed].
If the client expressly requests that the service begin before the end of this period, they must agree to this in writing; in case of withdrawal, they remain liable for the amount corresponding to the service provided until notification of their decision. The right of withdrawal can no longer be exercised for a service fully performed before the end of the period with their express consent.
6. Performance of services
- The client ensures access to the premises, water and electricity at the agreed times.
- Keys entrusted to us are labelled anonymously and stored securely.
- The client informs us in advance of fragile or valuable items and surfaces requiring special treatment.
7. Cancellation and rescheduling
Any cancellation or rescheduling must be notified at least [To be completed] hours in advance. Otherwise, the visit may be charged [To be completed].
8. Complaints and satisfaction guarantee
Any complaint about a service must be made within [To be completed] hours, with photos if possible. The Provider undertakes to return free of charge to address justified points.
9. Liability and insurance

10. Consumer mediation

11. Personal data

12. Governing law and disputes
